Founded in 2023, our main goal is to provide space for women (and allies) in tech to connect and grow their careers. If you're a returning attendee (we've missed you!), we've changed our location from Roseville to Sacramento in order to provide a more central location for the most amount of people. If you're a new attendee, WELCOME! Here's a bit about what you can expect: A safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment, valuable connections with other women (and allies) in tech, market insights directly from IT recruiters so you know what to expect in your job search, ample opportunities to build connections and nurture professional relationships, food and beverages provided by Zeektek (our main sponsor and Sacramento's leading IT staffing agency).
