Overview
The objective of this project is to to provide the client with a modernized licensing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that can support the licensing, renewals, and license management as well as digitize and standardize current manual processes and provide a centralized data repository.
The Contractor must provide the following services:
• Technology and implementation planning.
• Software application installation and configuration.
• Database implementation and data conversion.
• Testing solution configuration and end-to-end functionality.
• Training and development of training materials to include end-user and system administration.
Any resulting contract from this solicitation shall also include ongoing Maintenance and Operations (M&O) following system acceptance of the chosen solution. The Contractor shall also provide project management, business analysis/training management, technical/development management, and quality assurance management services to the client to support the implementation of the new solution.
The new solution must provide the following capabilities:
- Issue and oversee licenses
- Centralized data repository for all BOPC digital documents
- Document management capabilities and query functionality
- Case management and workflow management for the tracking, oversight, and/or execution of all core business functionalities,
- Intake and process web forms that will trigger business processes
