Summary
Client is seeking a contractor to provide technical lead services.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience providing STL services to a California State Department performing at minimum, one or more of the following tasks: a. Analytical thinking and problem-solving b. Technical expertise and database management c. Data management and visualization d. Project management and organizational skills e. Critical thinking f. Attending regular project meetings and openly communicating to inform status, provide recommendations and discuss next steps and actions needed to perform tasks. g. Developing, presenting and timely completing Project Tasks/Deliverables h. Working collaboratively with IT staff i. Supporting knowledge transfer her comparable enterprise system, to a SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS cloud environment using application programming interfaces and external portals.
- 4+ additional consecutive years of experience in the last 10 years working providing STL consultative services to federal, state, local or public agencies NOT including the previous qualification above.
- 2+ year of experience working with newly created State Agency(ies), Office(s) and/or Department(s) in any staff capacity. Newly created refers to an agency, office or Department which was less than five years old when the proposed staff was in place.
