The course is a virtual instructor-led training course. It will provide Change Management Practitioners, Project Management Specialists, Trainers, HR Specialists, and Organizational Leaders with the in-depth knowledge to prepare for the Association of Change Management Professional’s CCMP exam and how to set up and implement the ACMP Change Management Standard at their organization.

The course is divided into four classes:
