The study group will review the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge), the Certified Business
Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification process and cover practice questions in preparation of the CBAP
exam.
Discover 50 key techniques used in the industry to perform business analytics and the key knowledge areas
that will benefit your organization through change management.
Six key knowledge areas:
1. Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: describes the tasks that business analysts perform to organize
and coordinate the efforts of business analysts and stakeholders.
2. Elicitation and Collaboration: describes the tasks used to prepare for and conduct elicitation activities and
confirm the results.
3. Requirements Life Cycle Management: describes the tasks used to manage and maintain requirements
and design information from inception to retirement.
4. Strategy Analysis: describes the tasks used to identify the business need, address that need, and align the
change strategy within the enterprise.
5. Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: describes the tasks used to organize requirements, specify
and model requirements and designs, validate and verify information, identify solution options, and
estimate the potential value that could be realized.
