Abstract
Are you interested in the new platform that SQL Server runs on? Have you heard of this OS called “Linux” before, and never used it? Well, if you answered yes to either of these questions this session is for you! Learn about why Microsoft decided to make SQL available on Linux, and how to install, configure, and troubleshoot.
Speaker Bio
Jim lives just outside of Pittsburgh, PA in a small town called South Park. He enjoys spending time with family, and friends. When not working, you could likely find him playing a video game with his Wife, or flying somewhere on Flight Simulator in his basement cockpit setup. He has been in the data business for over 15 years now.
