Purpose
The client is looking for a vendor to provide resources to provide SAP services to support a shared services team of super-users who provide day-to-day operational support to client end users and support to a center of excellence which consists of staff who are proficient in functional configuration, ABAP, UI5, and other related development, Basis, and who provide analytical, configuration, and technical support of the system.
The vendor should provide resources for the following roles
- SAP Financial Functional Analyst – (up to 1 Full Time Equivalent (FTE)).
- SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst (1 FTE).
- SAP Technical consultant (up to 1 FTE)
- SAP Basis consultant (1 FTE).
- Other resources as required, up to 1 FTE to provide additional support requirements
- SAP Project Manager
- SAP Quality Assurance Analyst
- OCM/Training consultant
- SAP Business Warehouse Architect/Developer
- SAP Security Analyst
- SAP Specialist Other
