Background and Purpose
The client is seeking a Contractor to deliver end-to-end implementation services including requirements analysis, system design and configuration that includes set up of data ingestion and transformation processes from 30+ sources, system integrations, testing, training, a Pilot to verify billing functionality, Go-Live and System Stabilization, and ongoing operational support.
The contractor must meet the following requirements:
- Experience with the implementation of two (2) projects involving IT systems for a public entity or agency, at least one (1) of which was the implementation of an enterprise billing system. Each of the two (2) projects must have occurred within the last ten (10) years.
- Experience performing maintenance and system modifications on two (2) projects involving IT Systems, with one (1) of the projects having been on an enterprise billing system. Each of the two (2) projects must have occurred within the last ten (10) years.
- Experience performing operational activities including system engineering, capacity planning, performance testing, performance monitoring, batch processing, and system modifications on two (2) projects involving Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions hosted in the cloud. Each of the two (2) projects must have occurred within the last ten (10) years.
- Must provide link(s) and/or documentation that can verify that the Proposer implemented an enterprise billing system for a public entity of agency.
