Purpose:
The client is seeking a vendor who has experience supporting DotNetNuke (DNN) Platform (open source) version websites. The client has five websites presented in five instances of DNN Platform version 10.0.0. The client needs to have these websites upgraded to the latest version of DNN Platform. The vendor will be required to assess the current DNN websites, develop a plan and schedule, perform the upgrades, and provide hourly support as needed per the terms of the contract.
Contractor Qualifications and Minimum Requirements
a. Bidder must possess a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience providing Web Hosting and Compliance, Domain Management, and Ongoing Web Hosting and Compliance, Domain Management, and Ongoing Maintenance Services Maintenance Services for law enforcement, government, or enterprise-level clients.
This experience must encompass the successful execution of the following services across at least four (4) projects of equivalent scale and complexity within the past five (5) years:
1) Building comprehensive websites
2) Developing and maintaining Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant websites
3) Handling confidential information
4) Providing recurring and timely updates.
b. Bidder must submit Letters of Recommendation from no less than four (4) previous or current clients where the contract remains in good standing. Letters of Recommendation must be on official organization letterhead and include the following:
1) The specific dates work was performed for the organization
2) A statement of current standing and satisfaction
3) A summary of the specific cope and responsibilities managed.
c. Bidder must submit tangible examples of work product corresponding to each Letter of Recommendation to verify the quality and scope of previous engagements.
