BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino (“Court”) is seeking proposals from qualified persons or entities with expertise in providing complex Jury Management Systems to replace an existing system. The Court will entertain an on-premise or SaaS solution; however, SaaS is preferred.
The Court has been using an in-house, web-based developed Jury Management System for two decades. As a matter of policy, the Court conducts open competitive bidding at regular intervals to obtain better prices, broader coverage, the latest technology, and better terms. The Statement of Work outlines what the Court is looking for in our new system, and the Court’s desire is to go paperless wherever possible. The Court eagerly anticipates reviewing solutions that provide improved outcomes.
