Purpose
Client is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide a contractor that can plan, design and execute on O365 Migration including migrating 80 users from a current client O365 Tenant to another existing O365 Tenant.
Project Manager
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5 years experience managing projects of similar size and complexity for the State of CA
Desirable Qualifications
- PMP
Technical Lead
Mandatory Qualification
- 5 years experience successfully delivering technical expertise and leadership on projects of similar size and complexity, for the State of CA
- 3 years experience successfully delivering O365 migration projects of similar size and complexity for the State of CA (experience shall include migration of email, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive (including permissions migration))
- 2 years experience migrating partial O365 environments between Government Community Cloud tenants
- 3 years experience in Microsoft O365 configuration and management
- 3 years experience in Microsoft Entra ID
- 2 years experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC)
- 1 years experience with AADC with the State of California Global Address List (GAL)
- 3 years experience writing technical documentation and designs
Desirable Qualifications
- Certifications relevant to the software proposed for this migration project
