If you are ready for the challenge, want continuous growth, and desire to become an expert in this field, as the z/OS System Specialist in the Technology Services Division’s Infrastructure Services Bureau, Mainframe Services Section, this position is for you. Significant aspects of your job are to install, diagnose, maintain, mentor, and document core Mainframe systems software, including z/OS. You will work independently, you will lead, you will mentor, and you will work collectively with the core group of Systems Programmers/Specialists providing 24x7x365 support of mission critical systems software which is key to the successful mission of the Franchise Tax Board and the State of California.
