About the Opportunity
State Fund’s Information Technology Department is seeking motivated, user-focused individuals for our Emerging IT Professional Program. This program develops the next generation of technology leaders who will support California’s employers and workers through innovative solutions in workers’ compensation.
What You’ll Experience
12-Month IT Rotational Program
- Rotate through nine core IT disciplines to identify your strengths and interests
- Build a comprehensive understanding of our IT organization before selecting a permanent placement
- Explore areas such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, AI, Network Operations, Quality Assurance, and more
Professional Development
- Participate in curated technical and industry training
- Engage in workshops, job shadowing, and eLearning
- Apply your skills through hands-on projects
- Receive ongoing mentorship and support
Career Launch
Upon completing the program, you will transition into a permanent role aligned with your capabilities and career goals.
This position may be filled in one of the following locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, Stockton, Vacaville.
