Background:
The California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH) needs a contractor to continue maintenance and operations of the Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS), the state’s homelessness data reporting platform. Solicitation: RFP 27-ICH-001.
Scope of Services:
- Day-to-day operations of the HDIS data platform (Snowflake, Tableau Cloud);
- License management and transition support;
- Data integration and reporting operations;
- Coordination with Cal ICH stakeholders on platform performance and enhancements.
