Website/Portal and Support Center Consulting Services


The client is seeking a contractor who will be responsible for:

  1. Determining the eligibility, enrolling, approving, and denying subscribers;
  2. Operating and monitoring dynamic and responsive Information Technology (IT) systems that
    support the flow of information between the Contractor, subscribers, Service
    Providers (SPs), and client staff, as appropriate;
  3. Providing a dynamic, responsive, and comprehensive subscriber service solution which includes a
    support center, Toll-Free service lines, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, and a website/
    portal ;
  4. Performing records and database management;
  5. Preventing Waste, Fraud, and Abuse (WFA) of the client’s Program;
  6. Keeping current and up to date with state regulations affecting the client’s program
    and/or applicable overlap to the main client program;
  7. Providing marketing and outreach to counties and designated key stakeholders
  8. Communicating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders

The project will require the following staff:

  1. Support Center Manager
  2. Contract Manager
  3. Program Manager
  4. Technical Manager
