Background/Purpose:

Contractor agrees to provide client two (2) years of a Human Resources Medical Management online central repository and
business process management (BPM) system with reporting tools, including setup and
implementation, as described herein.

Software as a Service (SaaS) Human Resources Medical Management Repository and BPM System,
implementation, and training as described in Section 4, Contractor’s Responsibilities. The system will
process and retain the department’s Worker’s Compensation (WC), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA),
Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Leave of Absence (LOA), Ergonomic Evaluation (Ergo), Employee
Assistance Program (EAP), and Catastrophic Leave (CAT) cases for its approximately 4,500
employees.
